Danesfort Residents' Association

The primary purpose of the Danesfort Residents' Association is to collect an annual maintenance fee to ensure the green areas of the Danesfort Drive and Court estates, Loughrea, Co. Galway are maintained to a good standard. This includes grass cutting and spraying.

We also act on behalf of residents in communication with the council on in-charge issues or other problems.

We are delighted to be able to offer online payment of your fee at a discount with your credit card or paypal account. Make sure the grass is cut every year, so pay your subs quickly and easily!

About the Association

The Danesfort Residents’ Association formed in the summer of 2010 when residents decided to group together to respond to problems that were affecting Danesfort Drive and Danesfort Court Estates, Loughrea.

The maintenance of the common areas was identified as an issue that needed immediate attention. As we all know it is far easier to overcome challenges when you are part of a group. A committee was formed and a number of general clean-up days have been organised to great success. The Danesfort Residents’ Association met with Loughrea Gardai and have fostered strong links with community policing and Neighbourhood Watch. The Association is committed to making life in the Danesfort Estates as safe and as pleasant as possible and to helping residents get to know each other. And the primary focus of the organisation remains the collection of money to pay for the cutting and maintenance of the green areas.

For your convenience we are delighted to be able to offer an online payment option.
